Customs Clearance Delay?
I recently ordered a Core X Chroma from Razer and the shipment seems to be delayed at customs for 2 days now. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how was the issue resolved?

I have ordered a Razer blade 15 from the Razer online store and the same thing happened to me. First the shipment got struck at the customs and now finally it reached to my local FedEx location but the status shows “delivery exception”and the shipper has contacted fedex to ship the product back to them. What the heck is wrong with Razer. If anyone encountered this kind of issue please let me know what happened. Razer order support is awful they have no info about the orders. They just track the order using the tracking number and give you the same tracking info which you can see.
I’m very sad that we all are going through this and I also think that you are atleast lucky that FedEx gave you a proper reason for them to return the order. In my case they say that the shipper contacted them after the very next day of shipping the order to return the shipment. I think there’s some kind of fraud that razer is doing. Today morning I reached out to one of the support agents in the live chat and I was totally baffled after hearing their response. They said that FedEx didn’t attempt the delivery which they clearly did. I told them to get ready to be sued. I hate these kind of experiences even after paying thousands of dollars for a premium service and quality. I’ll keep you guys posted on my case and if you guys have any update on yours please do the same. But after all the experience that I had, I’m sure that this is not going to resolve anytime soon.
