Deathadder V3 Pro disconnecting and scroll wheel issues?

I've seen multiple people with this problem. I got my mouse almost a year ago now but for the past few months I've realized that it feels as if the quality has degraded, such as the mouse randomly disconnecting and the scroll wheel being absolutely horrendous. Is there anyone who had this problem and got it fixed? I'm quite attached to this mouse since it was my 1st big purchase. Thank you!

Hey ​@kunolnu1,

Can you download the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility and check if the connection issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection and scroll wheel issues.
