Hello everyone, it seems like I’m not the only one to have the frustration of a failing scroll wheel on the v3 pro wireless model. When scrolling down for me, it’ll actually scroll up then switch to down, then back up again. It’s one very frustrating charade and definitely expected something better than that considering I spent 250$ for this thing on release.
So I figure okay let’s try to see if we can get any warranty claim, keep in mind I have attempted all the razer support “fixes” and still have the issue. 2 frustrating days later and I can’t even get them to cross ship a replacement, instead I have to ship my model to them for an unknown amount of time, then they decide if I get a replacement. Considering I use this every single day for work, how is this even remotely considered a solution? Not to mention the grief of not having a receipt since I bought it in store at micro center back in 2023, didn’t realize you had to keep a receipt forever just in case, guess I know now. Has anyone had a similar experience? This just seems so slow and purposely excruciating that you end up not proceeding with a claim and they don’t have to replace it for you.
