Deathadder v3 wired sometimes disconnects when I lift mouse

Does anyone have this issue? I've returned my first death adder v3 and this is my second one. both had this issue. not sure why. it'll disconnect for 5-10 seconds sometimes randomly when i lift mouse off mousepad
