Just ordered my first Razer products and qualified for free delivery because I spent more than £79. I was surprised to see the shipping time was 7-12 days. However, got my tracking info today and noticed that the products are being shipped from Hong Kong. Is this right? I would have thought they had a warehouse in Europe where stock was kept to reduce their shipping costs.

Yeah I ordered something from the German store and they shipped from Hong Kong as well. That being said my product arrived in 3 days so you might get lucky with the shipping times. 7-12 days is probably the maximum time they estimate it to be but it should be closer to 4 to 5 working days.

Mine is also being shipped from HK.
Odd that its been sitting in "Lantau Island HK. Scheduling per shipper request." For the last couple of days though.
