I tryed synapse 3 and 4. Restarting my pc. Check device manager (human interface, Mice and other devices.
It does not show any razer mouses.
I tryed to give my S/N code but it only shows for me its out of warranty.
its not finding the razer mouse.

I have black glides too. instead of white.
Can anyone help me to tell me i have a real razer? when its not showing up.
Sorry can close this one. its 98% fake. i think its from aliexpress. i got a refund now. if support can find it out its real then i give him the money back.
