Do I have to pay import taxes and customs duties when ordering from the shop?

Hello, I currently live in Germany.

I purchased hardware worth €245 on the Razer website.

This morning, I was surprised to find out that the items I ordered are being shipped from Hong Kong. I saw this when I tracked the shipment number.

My question is: do I have to pay import taxes and customs duties?
