I've been using Razer Synapse for a while, but recently I've been wondering if I'm underusing profiles. Right now I have one general setup for everything, but I play a mix of FPS, RTS, and RPG games, and I'm thinking about creating game-specific profiles.
For those of you who use Synapse regularly:
- Do you create separate profiles for each game or just one per genre?
- Which settings do you usually change between profiles (DPI, macros, lighting, key bindings, etc.)?
- Does Synapse switch profiles reliably when launching games automatically, or do you still change them manually?
- Are there any profile features that you didn't start using until much later but now can't live without?
I'd love to hear how other Razer users organize their setups, especially if you play a variety of games. I feel like I'm probably missing some useful workflow tips.
