Is this your first Razer product?
Yes, it makes great products, it just needs to work on strengthening their quality. Within three years, there is a very high chance that they will unfortunately go to the service center :(

No its not my first product. I have had many. I just love Razer. Posted this after having an amazing experience at RazerStore London on a Trip.
