Dongle with problems at Razer BlackShark V2

I bought a pair of wireless headphones Razer BlackShark V2 about a year ago from a store in Romania (Altex). About a month ago, the dongle started to make me  problems (started to disconnect). The headphones are under warranty but i lost the receipt. I can use them only with USB cable. What can i do ? Please help…

    Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
