Fan sounds like a rattle snake ??? Razer Blade 15 2019

Terrible description but (I'm not sure which fan) one of them I noticed is making a sort rattling hiss sound when the fans pick up, I only noticed this about 2 days ago and I am a complete small brain when it comes to computers. I use a lot of editing programs for long periods of time so I usually increase the speed of the fans manually for a bit then bring them down, could this have caused the hissy rattle sound? any ideas are welcome

    ah ok, I find it odd that my fans would have an issue, this laptop is almost a month old and literally hasn't been transported or jostled around anywhere (not like I'm going out nowadays to take it with me anyway lol) Thanks for the suggestion
