Fans constantly turning on and off under little to no load
Hello!
Once they do turn on, they will ramp all the way up high.
then, turn off.
and 2-4 minutes later turn all the way back on again.
This process will go on for as long as the computer is on.
I've attempted to update every single driver I could find.
The temperature in the room is very cold and the laptop is just as cool to the touch.
Is there a solution?

Thank you for replying.
After using synapse to check out my fan settings. I noticed by the sound, the fans only go up to about 2.5 rpm
Temps for every component ram, ssd, processor, GPU are all super low, 30-50c.
The fans just keep turning on and off every 2-4 minutes.
