Maybe you've already tried this but I'd start with doing all your Windows updates if you have any and then reinstall Synapse 3.
+1Remove synapse, remove all razer peripherals from device os manager (with their drivers), go CCleaner (cleanup windows registry) - reboot, install it again.
Also you can do cmd (as an admin) and run sfc /scannow (it will detect corrupted OS files).

+1Leslie2266We're just trying to help you, that's all. From my experience some problems are also caused by OS itself (Windows is a mess). Try plugging on other PC, if it works - the problem lies on the OS.

Leslie2266Windows is notoriously finnicky sometimes when it comes to drivers. I have 5 different razer devices plugged into my computer and have had zero issues with synapse. I have however had to reinstall drivers before because windows didn't detect them. I'm 100% certain your issue is windows and the only way to remedy the issue is to remove the previous drivers and software and try to re-install them like suggested above.
