Two days ago, my keybinds in Fortnite suddenly stopped working. At first, I didn't know what the problem was, so I reinstalled Synapse and looked for a new firmware, but nothing really helped.
The weird thing is, Synapse works perfectly fine when the mouse is connected via cable, but as soon as I use the mouse wirelessly, my mouse profile is deactivated when I start Fortnite.
This doesn't happen in other games.
Keybinds work on the Razer keyboard, but that wasn't the case before I reinstalled Synapse 4.
Only after I reinstalled Synapse did some functions work normally again.
I've been thinking about selling my Razer mouse and keyboard for a while. I've had nothing but problems for a year, especially with Synapse 3 when my Viper V3 Pro would flick to the ground on its own every few minutes in the game. The Huntsman V3 Pro has also had software issues several times, so what's going on here?
