Razer Kracken 7.1 V2 does not work with Synapse 3.0, Blackwidow Elite doesn't work with Synapse 2.0. John the CSR is reading from a script that he can't break out of. it took 34 minutes for him to tell me to install Synapse V2.0 but he didn't tell me that I had to run 2 versions of the software and can't sync the lighting between the two.
So, I'm taking the keyboard back, I'll grab a Corsair and start the switchover to their products while dumping the Razer stuff.
Goodbye Razer!

Sad but true... "more legacy devices supported".... "soon", but this soon takes too long unfortunatelly.
