I was wondering if anyone has gotten them? I have been waiting for some time now for mine and no work on them. So if anyone out there has gotten them can u upload some pictures of them so we can see what they look like?

Finally got a reply after a month and they're insisting I send a video of the problem. Not sure why they need proof of a known issue and I'm not risking damaging my RP2. I bought the Kishi thru Razer, just send me right grips already.
Hi did you receive the inserts in the end? I brought this controllers direct from razer which ehri website at the time support RP2, now i have the controller I find out that isn't the case and I have to mess about with support for some inserts. I'm wondering to just send back the controller for a refund or waiting weeks/months for support to issue some rubber inserts. This is two products in a space of a week which doesn't work, Nari ulimate xbox headset with mic issues and now this controller, over £300 worth of goods. Beginning to think razer products are not up to scratch.
