Have any of you guys had this issue before?

Anyway, I have a razer stealth 2020 and every now and then the taskbar will appear all up and down the screen. It usually does it after a little bit of light use like basic web browsing but the other day it did it right after the start up. I've done a few factory resets on it already and that didn't help. I bought it from Best Buy and so I took it to geeksquad and they re-installed the OS and it still didn't help. I'm not sure what could be the issue since I've never seen this on any laptop before. I'm also outside of the return policy so I'm stuck with this issue. Has this happened to any of you guys before? If so, were you able to fix it?

    im not sure what exactly happen to ur OS, but i believe u are still under warranty. check with razer support on twitter. their response is fast. and set ur video as well
