Have button press button and also activate Hypershift?

I switched from a basilisk that has 8 buttons to a deathadder with only 5. I had a button for my alt tab macro since I used it so often and I'm currently trying to do something similar with hypershift. I set hypershift to mouse 3 and alt-tab to wheel down so I can press the wheel and scroll down to alt tab. The problem is I no longer have a mouse 3. Is there a way to set a button to its normal function AND ALSO activate hypershift with it? I was trying to write a macro for this but I can't find the hypershift function in the macro editor.

You can’t stack Hypershift on the same click and still keep that click as “Mouse 3” in Synapse, because once you assign Hypershift to a button it stops being its normal function. The easiest workaround is to move Hypershift to a different button (like DPI up/down if you don’t use it), or put Alt-Tab on a normal button instead of the wheel click. I saved a quick note on these kinds of shortcut/workflow tweaks here: LifeCircu

This is not possible.
A button cannot keep its normal function and also act as a Hypershift key at the same time.
Hypershift works only as a modifier and replaces the button behavior while held.
Because of that, it does not appear as a macro option in the editor.
The only workaround is to assign Hyper shift to a different button.

Sounds tricky with fewer buttons! Some users work around this by combining Hypershift with rarely used buttons or using software layers to toggle functions. I came across a guide with creative setup tips on a lifestyle inspiration blog that explained similar shortcuts for maximizing mouse functionality without losing key actions.
