Need help connecting my wireless razor blackshark v2 pro headphones , I’ve plugged in the transmitter that comes with it, the ps5 finds the headset but when trying to connect an error code comes up - CE-109526-3
any help would be amazing thanks

Also have the same issue, tried the Bluetooth way as my dongle is in the computer, hoping I could just switch from dongle (computer) to Bluetooth (PS5)
did you find a method to fixing it or is the problem still on going ?
