It says "Choose THX Spatial Audio" as the standard playback for the best sound experience " But if i do this, i hear nothing can somebody help me with this problem?

Make sure you connected your THX USB controller properly, that volume is at max and most importantly that the little switch on the side for game/chat balance is all the way to game when not actively chatting with your mic.
Have the volume on your apps and pc at max, and use the controller or the headset volume adjuster.
