Help-My New Web Cam did not turn on.

Apologies for the basic question, I am beyond being a newbie to this stuff. I cannot get past step one. I have plugged in my Razer KIYO to my Mac Laptop and am getting nothing. The LED has not lit up. Any simple suggestions before I run down the rabbit hole? Thanks Z

    Not positive because I don't have a Kiyo or a Mac, but I believe the Kiyo is only Synapse 3 and that's not available on mac.
