+1What keyboard do you have?
If some newer Razer keyboard - that's using Synapse 3 software - you should have a Razer Central icon on the taskbar (near windows clock), click on it, and click open Synapse, or click directly on your keyboard (if it's displayed) - it should open your keyboard settings, where you can do customization.
