Horrible FPS in Wildlands on Blade 17

Hi All, Do any of you see a very low frame rate ranging between 38 - 50 FPS when playing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands on the 2022 Blade 17 (4k Screen - Intel i9-12900H - RTX 3080Ti)? I have been checking online reviews and I should be hitting at least 65-70 FPS on Ultra settings. Maybe I am wrong. Let me know if I have to tweak something or that is what I would be getting.

Try running the Blade using the power adapter instead of the battery

@Sye_The-Vie, I never play games on Battery. The laptop is always connected to the Power Adapter when the game is running. I mean to compare, Red Dead Redemption 2 gives a constant 65-80 FPS on Ultra settings even without turning on DLSS and not using MSAA. So, the question is why Wildlands, an older game labours with FPS ? If a few of us with same Blade specs share the benchmarks, it would be great. The only thing that brings the FPS a little up is by setting Resolution Scale to 0.50 instead of 1 when using 2160P and the FPS barely touches 55-58 FPS.

1st thing to check - what are CPU and GPU temperatures? Have you tried installing the newest available GPU drivers?
