Horrible screws on the brand new Razer Blade 18

The screws on the back plate are absolutely horrible. They shred almost instantly even with the right screwdriver. How can an almost 5000 dollar system have such poor quality screws. I had to upgrade the system from 32gb ram to 64gb ram and updgare with another ssd but 2tb and i spent the better part of 3 hours unscrewing the back plate then another 45 mins screwing7it back up and not to mention the mouse pad screw fell out as soon as the back plate was off so i had to screw it back and then realize dependi7on how tight or lose the screw is, is what allows the mouse pad to function properly so i had to do it all over again and shredding another screw! Any suggestions on solid screw replacement would be appreciated
