Feel like I'm running in circles on the website trying to find any kind of support. I'm trying to file a warranty claim for my Viper Mini but cannot for the life of me find out how to do it. The website just rambles on about proof of purchase etc and provides no clear way to file a claim. Any links I click to get to 'Support' just loop back to pages I've already read.

for mouse you’ll go to PC Products → Peripherals, then you’ll type your mouse S/N - once you’ll submit it choose appropriate topic, then you’ll be able to contact support directly.
im having the same issue. cant find anything anywhere they stopped responding on fb messages i dont know why they cant just help us straight away not looping around. if they wont honor warranties im filing a consumer complaint i know im not the only one who’s having issues like this
