how do you get G-Sync working? (is Razer Support always rubbish?)

Hello, How do you connect a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) to a Razer Raptor 27" 144 Hz Monitor so that G-Sync works? I'm really struggling to get a straight answer out of Razer Support, are they always this rubbish? Thanks Tim.
