A few days ago, my keyboard suffered an accident that resulted in the destruction of several keys, I searched the internet to buy others but I can't find them anywhere, as a result I asked RAZER for help, and in response I received a copy / paste message. (SEE PICS)

This is how RAZER treats customers.

As a result I will leave a negative opinion about RAZER everywhere, I will throw everything I have from RAZER and I will move to another brand that respects customers.

PS. a friend of mine had the same problem as me and the corsair sent him the keys for free,

I didn't want it for free, but I wanted help from them.
