How to activate Alan Wake 2

Hi,

I purchased a Razer Blade 16 Mercury and it should come with a free copy of Alan Wake 2. How do I activate the game? I didn’t receive any email.

Could you get the game? I have the same issue; I received my Razer blade 16 last Wednesday and I do not how to get the game.

just finished a chat with support and they say “ your free game activation code are sent to your email address within 15-20 days from the date you receive the item”

When I bought my  Blade 16 they were giving $200 gift cards for the free gift. I didn't receive mine. I messaged them in September, November 1st, and November 7th, with my receipt and screenshot of the promotion. They still haven't replied to any of my messages. 

 

They lie. Don't hold your breath.

Thanks for you feedback. I have the same issue but now I will wait to see if Razer finally sends me the code within that period of time. 

I also recently had an issue with the Alan Wake 2 promotion where when I clicked Buy I saw the FREE GAME with PURCHASE. But after I ordered, all that was in my cart was some wrapping paper which I didn’t really need. And now that I’m discussing back and forth with them and they said they are out of digital codes and are trying to get more. 2 days later they lied and said that I purchased outside of the promotional period. This is completely wrong and for them to back peddle after saying they are trying to get me a code or further compensation. What a waste of time!

Make your case on BBB's site. Razer has an A+ rating. They completely ignored me for 7 weeks and then called me less than 24 hours after I posted a BBB complaint. They've since gone out of their way to rectify my complaint. 

Hey thanks for that. I feel this was very misleading and unjust. Each of their staff has a different answer and some are just trying to buy time and resolve nothing. Horrible experience this time. I’ve spent thousands on Razer

Hi, I'm going through the same thing you are, expect I was immediately lied to that wrapping paper was the gift given, not Alan Wake 2. I placed my order on November 17th, and it's almost been a month, but I still haven't received my code. I think this is insane. Have you gotten your code yet?

As I said above, make a complaint to the BBB. Razer has an A+ rating and wants to keep it. It's the only way I could get them to honor their $200 gift card promo. They ignored me 2 months and contacted me less than a day after my BBB complaint.
