Currently my shift key is broken and unable to game, how do i fix or replace the key or keyboard? what are my options. thanks!

I had a similar issue with my keyboard recently. I managed to fix it by popping off the keycap and cleaning underneath—it turned out to be just some gunk causing the problem. If that doesn't work, you can order a replacement keycap or, if you're up for it, just swap out the whole keyboard. In the meantime, using an external keyboard can be a quick fix until you get it sorted.
