Basically you’ll just RMA it at the place where you’ve bought it.

In the store in my country where I bought the product, they accept returns within the first 6 months. After that period, they told me I should process the warranty directly with Razer. That’s why I’m here trying to initiate the RMA process, but I don’t know how to start.
