Hi,

I just bought 7.1 surround sound addon on the Razer site, but the activation key I received is invalide (according to the product). I copy/pasted it, manually, still nothing. After running round and round on their support site, figured I am not the only one who can`t get a ticket open.

Any insight?

Based on out system, you’ve purchased a THX Spatial Audio and your headset is not registered to the account. To use it, please make sure to download the correct software here.
