I used to send the log file to the support team when I came across a sudden quit of DaVinci Resolve. But after reading it, they said there was nothing wrong with the software nor my pc. I used every word I know to describe it, but didn't work.
Ultimately, it turned out that images speak louder than texts. I used screenshots tools that capture still images

and screen recorders for the entire demonstration.

The support team found a red icon on my anti-virus software which also indicated the over usage of CPU. Just a pretty simple issue, but we had gone a detour. I might have been given up reporting without the help of intuitive tools.
PS: Most of them have watermakers. So I just use them for personal use. If you want better results, a one-by-one text is needed. As for my personal experience, open source screen recorders perform better.
PPS: First time to share here. Hope this can help some insiders
