I can't figure out how to turn off the RGB lights while the kraken v4 pro is in Bluetooth mode. It's an unnecessary drain on battery life and it's really frustrating. I have tried turning off brightness on synapse but the moment my headset isn't connected to my PC anymore, the RGB resumes. Does anyone know how to trim them off and keep them off while in Bluetooth mode?

I havent found the way to turn the lights off… I am thinking of ripping them apart...In synapse they are turned off from day-1 but most often they still are turned on… other times they turn off in fact...

To turn off the RGB lights on your Kraken V4 Pro while in Bluetooth mode:

  1. Razer Synapse: Reconnect the headset to Synapse, go to Lighting > Razer Chroma, and adjust or turn off RGB. It may not work fully when disconnected.
  2. Razer Audio App: If available, use the app to control RGB settings in Bluetooth mode.
  3. Headset Button: Check the manual for a button combination to disable RGB directly on the headset.

Unfortunately, full control of RGB while in Bluetooth mode might require keeping the headset connected to Synapse.

Terrible software. The headphones don't save the RGB backlight profile and reset to default every time they're turned on. Firmware 1.6 from December 2025. I'm so disappointed that Razer has terrible programmers. There's also no physical button or combination of buttons to completely disable the backlight. My last Razer product, and it's getting worse every year.

I feel you managing RGB in Bluetooth mode can be tricky. For a smoother experience with easy controls, I’ve been checking out platforms like bet629 where everything works reliably without extra hassles.
