Hi everyone
I was making a custom profile for certain scenarios like typing and etc., i was messing around with the actuation points but every time i set it and move to a different profile, it keeps reverting back to the default which is 1.2mm. is it normal that i have to reselect all the keys every time i switch to a different profile in order for the custom actuation points to work?
This is NOT normal beahvior. I noticed this day one when I got it. Even attempting to do it via FN + Tab stil will not save the custom actuation point you set.
Currently in contact with support and I even posted video proof of it not saving, you can check out my post on it. Hard to believe you posted this a month ago and no one replied and that this issue is still persisting. The main selling point of the keyboard is the actuation customization and it’s broken lol.
