The title sounds pretty stupid but everytime I turn on my pc the Esc key rebinds to '. Everytime I start playing my games if I forget to rebind the key in synapse I can't open the pause menu when I'm in game.

This usually happens when Synapse isn’t loading your default profile on startup, so a custom keymap is being applied. Make sure Synapse is set to start with Windows and check that no macro/profile has Esc bound to “.” as the default.
Also try deleting all profiles and recreating one clean — corrupted profiles cause this a lot.
Yeah, that’s definitely annoying settings like that really should persist after reboot. Hopefully Synapse fixes it soon, because small UX issues matter a lot, especially as we move toward smarter setups and the droven io future of AI improving how hardware software adapts to users automatically.
