so i put in my product and messed up the date but i dont think that has any effect on it but if so, i could use some help on how to delete/edit the product.and everytime i put in the code it says invalid but the headset is brand new and so is the code

follow these instructions;
- Press WINDOWS + X
- Click on "Device Manager"
- Click on "Audio Input and output"
- Right click on your headset (it should be listed as Generic USB Audio)
- Click on "Update driver"
- Click on "Search software driver from the computer"
- Click on "Choose from a list of driver available on computer"
- If there is the Razer driver select it and click "Next"

In the past there were many other insiders querying about getting the 7.1 Surround Sound going. Most of it just was not successful when getting to the stage of inputting the Product / activation code.
You may try contacting RAZER Support
Otherwise you may think about THX Spatial Audio, which does not require Product / activation code, and is better than 7.1 Surround sound
