I had no idea how terrible the customer service really was.

Long story short here, after 6 emails, all of which had a different rep, they refuse to replace my $30 mouse because it didnt come from what they deem an authorized reseller. They wanted a video, I made a video, they said it didnt work. They wanted proof of purchase, I provided it, they said it didnt count. They were looking for every reason under the sun not to simply replace a mouse where the scroll wheel jumps in the opposite direction. Its still under warranty, and the mouse is registered with RazerID, its a legit product, and they just refuse to replace their product. Im glad it only cost me $30 to learn that they arent worth any more.
