If you guys have problems with these earbuds like me, such as can’t connect to earbuds or etc. Try to use this way to solve the problems,
The normal reset
- put both of your earbud in the case and wait for 5-10 seconds
this is just a normal one that you guys are normally do it everytime.
Factory reset / Hard reset
- Don’t connect to the device, Tap on one side of your earbud 3 times and continue to press it, after for 5 second and it’s gonna play a sound “factory reset” then it finished
Hope you guys can use this method to fix your problems. If it can’t and you still having warranty, then you need to claim it.
