When I tried buying mobile legends diamond using razer gold, I can’t get pass through the transaction phase because I didn’t receive any verification code or authentication pins. Eeverytime I press “new code” it will just sends me a notification of “Unknown error”.  How to fix this issue?

The number I have in the acc is correct. When I tried accessing back up codes in the account center, it needs verification code. And still, it doesn’t work. I still can’t receive codes. But when I bought ml dias using sim, it worked. How to fix this issue, it’s so sad that I can’t use my razer gold :<
