If default IP address is applicable for router

I bought a Cisco router a few days back. At the time of set up, I have entered a default IP address 192.168.254.254 which I got after searching many websites. After entering that, I am thinking that if this Ip address will be accessed or not. Can anyone tell me the answer to this?

    What's the model of the Cisco router? And what exactly are you trying here, trying to setup the router with your internet connection ?

    What's the model of the Cisco router? And what exactly are you trying here, trying to setup the router with your internet connection ?
    He probably won't respond. I found an ad linked to the IP address he posted. I appreciate you trying to help people in the forums though.
