Do you own this same Blade I have listed below? If you do, please try to update your NVIDIA drivers and tell me what happens. What 3070 drivers came with your 2021 Blade 15 QHD with the 3070?

My 2021 Base Blade 15 with a QHD screen and 3070 came with Nvidia 457.63 drivers.

If I install the current 461.40drivers the laptop screen will go black. It will only display an image on the onboard GPU.

I can get the 3070 to work on an external monitor with the 461 drivers. When I roll the drivers back to 457.63 I can see the screen again with the 3070. I have reinstalled windows three times with no luck. I even installed older drivers but the screen is always black with any drivers other than 457.63

Same here. I didn't changed any drivers (only updated to the newest one available today) and i'm having the same issue. Optimus works well - if i start a game it suddenly changes to the gpu and everything works as it is meant to be. But switching to gpu-only mode in synapse gives a black screen immediately after the BIOS option.

Hope there will be a workaround or solution asap.

Thanks for the reply. I like to run the screen at 165hz all the time. It looks better when I'm scrolling. I can't run it at 165hz off the onboard gpu. Can you?
I also want to and no, I also can't.
Hope Razer/Nvidia/Windows whoever is the villain here, will find a solution or at least a workaround.
