Im impressed with Razer Customer Support so far

So I recently purchased a Razer Blade Stealth 13 FHD MX150 from the Razer Store when I saw they where doing the unit for £135 off. I bit the bullet and the laptop got promptly delivered.

However a yesterday I saw the exact laptop going for a bit cheaper than what the Razer Store is doing currently (Microsoft Online Store for £1199.99 vs Razer Store of £1364.99). So I though , hey lets online chat with Razer and see if they can refund me the difference . which is £165. Or I could return the unit within the 14-days cool off.

Load and behold they agreed to refund the difference after I have showed them the URL with the cheaper Razer Blade Stealth . So great service from Razer so far and awaiting for them to process it.

I was just wondering how long on average they process partial refunds as I haven't had anything back yet despite being on the chat a few times about it and each time they mention it is all in hand.

Starting to get a twitchy about it and hope they haven't conveniently forgotten about it. I have saved all the transcripts mind.
