Insider Achievement Problem

Razer insider moderator,

As my insider achievement rewards are not showing for nearly past 3 months. As it is continuely showing that I have warning points. It will be easy and helpful for me if i could know from when i might be able to access my achievement silver. I have already missed a lot of silver.
