Is there any way to purchase a spare razer hammerhead true wireless X right earbud?

fastBlondammo113

I lost my razer hammerhead true wireless x right earbud when I was outside, I can remember that I placed them both correctly into their case and placed it inside my pocket. But when I arrived at home, I saw that my right earbud is missing and I went back to the mall and tried to find the right earbud on the area that I placed them inside the case. But sadly, I didn’t find it, I spent 3-5 hours trying to find it but it was almost midnight so I just gave up and made a decision to purchase a new set. But my friends and some people are suggesting that I should just try to purchase a spare piece.

Sorry to hear about what happened to your Hammerhead True Wireless. Sadly, Razer is not selling earbuds as a spare part. Allow me to move this thread to our general discussion board to get input from the community. Thanks for your cooperation.

Same experience recently I lost my left razer hammerhead wireless x earbuds with model RZI2-03830100-R3A1. Is it possible to pair it with same model earbuds?

I’ve had a similar experience—my right RZ12-03830100-R3A1 earbud is busted. It would be great if they offered spare replacements.

Another issue worth mentioning is the lack of auditory or haptic feedback for touch controls. Half the time, I have no idea how many inputs have been registered. As a result, I can only reliably use it for play and pause functions.

While the sound quality is decent, there are far better budget-friendly options that offer a much broader range of features.

If Razer sells individual replacement earbuds, that would be the cheaper option, but compatibility can sometimes be an issue when pairing a new earbud with an old one. Check Razer’s support or store for spare parts. If they don’t offer single replacements, getting a new set might be the only choice.
