I’m trying to find some advice / log a support issue with my Woverine V3 Pro boothtooth adapter. It’s less than a year old, but the serial number has worn away as it’s on the sticke behind the pad. This means I cannot find anyway to log a support query.
The problem is with the Bluetooth adapter not connecting. I unplugged from my xbox and plugged into my PC to update the controller, this keeps giving malfunction errors. tried multiple USB ports. Since doing that it no longer works in my xbox.
Stuff for ideas now.
Question
Is there anyway to contact support with my serial number?
