I recently switched from an Artisan MID to an Artisan Zero MID while using a Razor Viper v3 Pro and the Raiden is having crazy sensor issues. Even a slight lift off the mousepad makes the mouse lose sensor for 2-3 seconds. I did have this happen a few times on my Zero mousepad but a reset later and it was fine.

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps along the way. Looking forward to your response!
