Issues with Razer Orochi V2, Gigantus V2, and Edge Servers


Hello everyone,

I'm having some issues with my Razer Orochi V2 mouse and Gigantus V2 mouse pad when playing games on edge servers [https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/c/servers-storage/servers/edge/], and I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot the issue.

Here's a brief overview of my setup:

  • I have a Razer Orochi V2 mouse and a Gigantus V2 mouse pad.
  • I also use edge servers to connect to game servers and reduce latency.
  • I recently noticed that my mouse and mouse pad are causing issues when playing on edge servers.

Here are the issues I'm experiencing:

  1. Connection errors: When I play games on edge servers, I experience frequent connection errors. The error message says that the server is unreachable or that there is an issue with the connection.

  2. Unresponsive mouse: The Razer Orochi V2 mouse becomes unresponsive intermittently while playing on edge servers. This issue can last for a few seconds or a few minutes, and it's frustrating.

  3. Inconsistent performance: The Gigantus V2 mouse pad doesn't provide consistent performance when playing on edge servers. Sometimes, the mouse moves smoothly, while other times, it's sluggish and unresponsive.

I've tried a few things to troubleshoot the issues, such as updating drivers, changing network settings, and resetting the mouse and mouse pad, but the problems persist.
