I bought a razer BASILISK v3 mouse and the scroll wheel flies loosely when i scroll and i don't think it's normal for it to do that, when i tested my friends one who reccomended me to buy one it felt tactile but this mouse feels loose, could i get a return? i got it from currys

It would seem that your mouse scroll wheel is in Free-spin Scrolling mode. Can you press the button nearest to the scroll wheel to switch it back to Tactile Cycling mode as illustrated on page 8 from the guide. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
