Keyboard doesn’t work when using chroma

I have a blackwidow v3 and it doesn’t work when using chroma, I can use it to sign in to my computer but when chroma launches my RGB turns on but my keyboard stops working. If I uninstall chroma it works again

    Thanks for alerting us about this. Try reinstalling your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

     

    1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
    2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
    3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
    4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V3 and select Uninstall device.
    5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

    The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can then update its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
