keyboard issues
I've been having this issue with my keyboard and don't really know what's causing the keyboard work right after putting my pc into sleep mode or being afk.
Every time I turn on my pc after sleep mode the keyboard won't respond most of the keys or spam the key. The keys that don't responds are most; O, P, B, A, U, T, 8, 5, and 9. I don't know what's causing this issue and it sometimes goes away when I use it more but it quite annoying when I'm playing games, which sometimes it cancel sprint or other features with the key spam or double tap.

+1When you'll exit Synapse (Razer Central icon in windows tray bar -> close all apps) does it change anything?
You can try reset ur keyboard through Synapse,
- open synapse
- top right theres gear icon,
- choose reset, and theres option for you to reset all ur razer gear from there
- type on search box, device manager
- click on keyboard
- uninstall your razer keyboard
- unplug ur keyboard after uninstall
- restart ur pc
- after restart its done, plug back in ur keyboard and let the synapse do the job
